How can I pause a game of El Ballo?

Use the esc key to pause the game.  If you are playing the game in a window, you may click on the desktop or other areas and it will be automatically paused.   A small dialog box will then pop up informing you that El Ballo is paused.   Simply click on "Resume" to continue playing.
