A planet will not let me land. Besides paying bribes - what can I do?

If you are in bad standing with a planet, improve your image by doing good deeds for the system, such as killing pirates or doing missions for that system's government. On the other hand, of you have at least a Deadly rating, you can simply take over the planet and make it yours. To initiate this process, communicate with the planet and Demand Tribute.
