I get resource errors, until I get an Assertion failure, help!

If you are running the game on a Macintosh, be sure you have copied the contents of the disk image to your machine, and you should be all set.

If you are running the game on a Windows machine, then chances are a bad plug-in resource caused the problem, and your System cache is holding onto the problem file.

Try clearing your System Cache. Click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then Disk Cleanup.
