My pilot's progress is not being saved any longer - what can I do?

First be sure you aren't playing from a locked media such as a CD or DVD.  If your Pilots folder is on locked media, then Nova will not be able to write to that folder.  If Nova is installed on your machine be sure permissions for the Pilots folder is set to read and write.  Select the EV Nova folder and then go to the File menu to Get Info.  In the Ownership and Permissions section be sure the Nova folder to Read & Write.  Then click on Apply to enclosed items...button.
