What are the main missions/plotlines in EV Nova?

There are missions involving the Federation, the Rebellion, the Polaris, the Aurorans, the Vell-os and the Pirates. When you have completed one of the major storylines, the political landscape of the universe will have completely changed so you will have to start a new pilot to play another storyline.
