Will EV Override ever be networkable?

Unfortunately, no. This is a frequently requested feature, but the work that would be necessary to create a common universe would be the equivalent of writing the program again from scratch.
The view held by (among others) some members of the development group who have chosen to comment on the topic of multiplayer EV Override is that it would be a project that would take a great deal of work, and would not be able to retain what makes the EV Override series unique. Please keep in mind that Ambrosia is not based entirely on business decisions: while they certainly are turning a profit, one of the main reasons they are developing these games is that they enjoy doing so.
