Why does iSeek crash in other user accounts?

iSeek will only work in the user account in which it was installed. Here's a workaround if you wish to use iSeek in other user accounts on the same computer:

  1. Log into the other user account.
  2. Download iSeek and install by dragging the application from the downloaded disk image, into your current user's Home folder. You can create your own Applications folder there if you like.
  3. Double-click iSeek to launch it. If prompted for your license code, use the same information you received via e-mail. You can also retrieve your license info by going to Lost Codes.
  4. If you want iSeek to launch at login, you will need to add iSeek to the Login Items in your Accounts System Preferences.
