How do I use an iTunes playlist to manage my ringtones?

Plug in your iPhone and launch iToner. Click on the Advanced button and you will see your iTunes playlists displayed. Choose your Playlist and then click on the sync button.
To add or remove a ringtone, add or remove it from the playlist in iTunes, then click on the sync button in iToner.
No changes are made to your iPhone until the sync button is clicked.
