Why do I get an error when importing or playing files from iTunes?

The problem was caused by having an outdated or non-standard iTunes Library configuration and the security restrictions in the operating system. The problem has been resolved in iToner 3.0.1 which was released on February 11, 2013. Please open the Mac App Store and check for updates.
