Is there a difference between the version on your website and the version in the App Store?

They are essentially the same applications. The primary differences have to do with licensing and updates.

Purchases made directly through Ambrosia Software will utilize our own licensing system. You will be notified of software updates via the application itself.

Any purchases made through the App Store will be licensed and updated through the App Store. Due to Apple's approval process, there may be a slight delay before an update is available on the App Store.
