Can I save movies of my races?

You sure can.  When you finish a race, press the command-option-s keys during the replay and Redline will save a movie of that race inside the Redline folder inside your Hard Drive/Users/your_username/Library/Application Support folder.  The next time you launch Redline, press the R key at the main menu and it will display a list of race replays.
