How can I get the smoothest video possible in my QuickTime movies?

On the machine side, reduce the color depth of your monitor, and capture the smallest area of your screen as possible. On the Snapz Pro 2 side, reduce the framerate, deselect all of the audio options, and select Fixed Camera.
