I am having problems with Snapz Pro 2 not described in this FAQ - what can I do?

Be sure you have the latest version of Snapz Pro 2 - 2.0.1

Go to the Snapz Pro 2 folder and select the application icon by clicking on it one time, then go to the File menu to Get Info. If it is any version prior to 2.0.1, download the latest version.

Before launching the update, throw out the preferences for Snapz Pro 2. Go to your System/Preferences folder and drag the Snapz Pro 2 Preferences file to the trash. Then launch the game.
