How can I import my movies into iMovie or Final Cut Pro?

With the release of Snapz Pro X 2.5, importing your movies into iMovie or Final Cut Pro is no different than importing any other footage. Your movies should not require any special postprocessing. If you are not sure which compressor to use, consider choosing the Apple Intermediate video codec.
