Snapz Pro X was designed to launch when your computer starts up or at login, so it is running and ready when you need it. If you do not want this to happen, you can remove Snapz from your Login Items in your Accounts System Preferences and launch it manually when needed.
To launch Snapz Pro X manually, simply double-clicking the application. You should see the splash screen indicating that Snapz Pr X is now running in the background. Double-clicking the application again will invoke it and allow you to choose your method of capture. Snapz Pro X will remain running in the background unless you quit it by pressing Command-Q while it is on screen.
