I purchased Snapz Pro X 2 with the MacHeist bundle but I lost my license information, how can I retrieve it?

The only way we can retrieve license information from the MacHeist bundle is if you chose to register with Ambrosia when entering your license information into Snapz Pro X 2.

If you had never entered your license information, or chose not to register with Ambrosia when entering it previously, then we have no record of it, and no way of retrieving it.

If you did register with Ambrosia, then go to lost codes and enter the email address used with your MacHeist purchase, and your license information will be mailed to that address automatically.  

If you no longer have access to that address then contact Ambrosia Tech Support.  Please include the email address used and note that this was a MacHeist bundle.  

NOTE:  The ONLY way Ambrosia can retrieve your license information is if you agreed to register with Ambrosia when entering your license information previously, and you include the email address used.
