Why can't I capture movies of PowerPoint in presentation mode?

It is due to the way it takes over the whole screen. Not all versions of PowerPoint will allow Snapz Pro X 2 to draw the palette on screen, let alone capture it. Your results may vary, depending on the version of PowerPoint you are using.
