Why does Snapz prevent my graphics card from switching on my new MacBook Pro?

If Snapz is running, your computer will not switch between graphics cards automatically due to some limitations in Apple's code. We have filed a bug with Apple and are waiting on a solution.

The only workarounds at this time are to quit Snapz when not in use, or you can utilize a third party utility like gfxCardStatus to switch graphics cards manually.
