Why does the audio recorded into Peak with my WireTap Anywhere virtual device sound too fast or too slow?

Peak works best when the output device and WireTap Anywhere are using the same sample rate. We recommend setting them both to be the same as outlined below:
- In Peak, choose Audio I/O from the Audio menu and set your output device.
- Open Audio MIDI Setup in your Utilities folder
- Choose the device you set as output in Peak and set the format to 44.1kHz
- Open WireTap Anywhere and select the device you've chosen for input in Peak. Click Settings and set the sample rate to 44.1kHz.
