I tried another screensaver with an annoying
audio track. When I turned audio off, the screensaver went into my control panel and turned audio back on! How dare these guys touch my control panels. Your product is very good. It doesn't alter my system and I can put in any graphics I want.

Eclipse saves the screen with a multitude of digital media -- any GIF, JPEG, PICT or QuickTime movie placed in the Eclipse Graphics folder.

This screensaver-application from Ambrosia Inc. is very system friendly and is a good choice if your shopping for a nice configurable screensaver. You can have a picture of your kids or a company logo dancing across your screen.

As I expected, Eclipse was extremely easy to set up, much easier than I remember After Dark being, and adds no new extensions to your System folder. The documentation is also quite extensive, weighing in at almost twice the size of the app itself. It seems ironic to call this a no-frills application, since everything is so nicely designed, even though the feature set is quite small.
